This session will provide an overview of the issue and discuss strategies that may help faculty and academic leaders address occupational stress and burnout within CSD programs. Specific strategies aimed at reducing the impact of occupational stress will be discussed and framed within the need for faculty to consider a holistic approach to resilience building.
