The Speech-Language Pathology Program in the School of Allied Health Profession at LSU Health Sciences-Shreveport is accepting applications for a full-time (12-month) tenure or clinical track faculty position. Responsibilities include, teaching graduate courses (e.g., motor speech, psycholinguistics, multicultural), clinical supervision of graduate SLP students, research, and service required. 


PhD or EdD, and

Required: Louisiana License and CCC-SLP 


The Master of Communication Disorders (MCD) education program in speech-language pathology at Louisiana State University-Health Sciences Center, Shreveport is accredited by the Council on Academic Accreditation in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. The program is housed within the Mollie E. Webb Speech & Hearing Center in which graduate students evaluate and treat speech and language problems under close faculty supervision, facilitate aphasia group therapy sessions, and provide programming for young children with communication disorders in two classroom programs.
