
Assistant/Associate Professor at Southeastern Louisiana University
Southeastern Louisiana University's Department of Health and Human Sciences invites applications for 3 tenure track positions at the level of Assistant/Associate Professor in the Communication Sciences and Disorders program.
Southeastern Louisiana University is a teaching-intensive institution, but applicants at the Assistant Professor level should show strong potential to be successful in research and publication in one or more areas of CSD. Applicants at the Associate Professor level must provide evidence of a well-established research program and a history of publication.
Duties include teaching at the graduate and undergraduate level, clinical supervision, participation in other program activities that include advising students, recruitment events, and participating in service activities at the department, college, and university levels.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Ph.D. in any area of Communication Sciences and Disorders or speech-language pathology, conferred by the date of hire in August.
Some experience of college-level teaching.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology and evidence of clinical experience.
DESIRED KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES AND SKILLS
Familiarity with the use of online learning delivery systems such as Moodle, Blackboard, Google classroom, etc., recognized training in distance learning modalities such as Quality Matters, good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team, and a commitment to increasing diversity.
