Nova Southeastern University, Audiology - Assistant/Associate Professor Faculty Position - 12 month contract
Nova Southeastern University Audiology Department announces the immediate availability for an audiology faculty position. Applicants with a Ph.D. in Audiology or Communication Sciences are desired, but those who hold a similar doctoral degree, such as an AuD, will be considered. Expertise in areas of amplification preferred, but not required. Applicants are expected to have a strong background in and dedication to scholarly activity, teaching, clinical precepting, service, and to interact well with colleagues and students. Rank and salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
NSU is a private, not-for-profit, dynamic research institution with more than 22,000 students at the undergraduate, graduate and first-professional degree levels. The Audiology Department is a part of the NSU Health Professions Division along with other first-professional degree programs such as Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy, Optometry, etc. The department is currently in its 19th year of offering the on-campus Doctor of Audiology (AuD) degree. It also is the home of the state-of-the-art Audiology Clinic.
