An instructor’s (i.e., faculty, staff, clinical educator, preceptor, etc.) self-care and well-being are important elements in creating positive nurturance for students in clinical training programs. Now more than ever, instructors and students are challenged with multiple demands and swift changes associated with current events resulting in immediate impacts on emotional and psychological demands. Such impacts and demands can also influence the teaching and learning environment and relationship. This webinar is aimed at increasing awareness of the importance of self-care and well-being practices to enhance the performance and empowerment of instructors, and consequently facilitate student growth as well.
