ET .10 ASHA CEUs Academic programs in CSD have been striving to train future clinicians and future faculty researchers who can meet the needs of a changing U.S. population. Undergraduate, clinical graduate, and research doctoral programs have been focusing on increasing diversity, equity, and inclusion for students and faculty, as part of increasing the overall diversity of the clinical workforce. Data from multiple sources can help us explore the gains we are making, as well as areas for continued work in the CSD education pathways. This webinar will incorporate data from the CSD Education Survey, CAPCSD Salary Survey, CSDCAS Applicant Data Report, ASHA membership surveys, ASHA Membership and Affiliation Counts, and the Bureau of Labor Statistics to explore how academic programs are adapting to meet the changing needs of students, clients, and faculty in the fields of audiology and speech-language pathology.
