Interviews for graduate admissions are often considered by programs but are then dismissed due to perceived effort, subjectivity, judgement, bias, and resources/cost required. However, there are multiple ways to use interviews to achieve goals of recruitment and enrollment in your institution. The purpose of this webinar is to present actual interview formats being used by three different programs in order to illustrate the feasibility of incorporating interviews in your admissions process.
