Full-time tenure-track or consecutive term appointment (based on experience and qualifications) for a 12-month position available immediately at The University of Oklahoma Health Sciences (OUHS) in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Required Qualifications:

Required qualifications include an earned PhD degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field, evidence of successful university teaching, potential for, a productive research program, and excellent interpersonal, outreach, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Preferred qualifications include didactic and clinical teaching experience and an interest in interprofessional health education. Candidates with evidence of the ability to secure external grant funding, mentor graduate student research, and engage in collaborative research at a large, comprehensive health center are strongly encouraged to apply. Clinical credentials are optional.

Responsibilities:

The primary responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

-Teach didactic courses in the MA-SLP program

-Supervision of or consultation with MA-SLP students in the clinic

-Conduct research in area of expertise

-Mentor UG and MA-SLP students in research activities

-Contribute to university, college, department, and program committees
