Assistant Professor of Speech-Language Pathology (Tenure-track)
Required Qualifications and Education:
* Doctoral degree in speech-language pathology or related discipline (Ph.D.; ABD considered). Area of expertise is flexible, however, preference will be given to faculty with expertise in adult neurogenic communication disorders, motor speech, and clinical education for the adult population
* Evidence of effective teaching and willingness to integrate academics with clinical education
* ASHA certification in speech-language pathology with experience in direct clinical practice
* Demonstrated record and/or potential for active scholarship
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
Responsibilities - Essential Functions:
* Teaching in the speech-language pathology graduate and undergraduate academic programs
* Participate in scholarly activity, advise/mentor students, and provide service to the department, college, university, community, and the profession
Salary: Highly competitive and commensurate with experience
