
Clinical Assistant/Associate Professor: Coordinator of Clinical Education
The Department of Communication Sciences & Disorders in the Nicole Wertheim College of Nursing and Health Sciences at Florida International University invites applications for a full-time, non-tenure track, twelve-month Clinical Assistant/ Associate Professor position. The faculty member will be integral to the Master of Science program in Communication Sciences and Disorders on the FIU campus, specifically assuming the role of the Coordinator of Clinical Education (CCE) The CCE is responsible for planning, coordinating, facilitating, administering, and monitoring activities on behalf of the Department and in coordination with academic and clinical faculty relative to the clinical education component of the curriculum for the Master of Science program in Speech-Language Pathology (MS SLP). The faculty member will teach clinical courses at the MS SLP level. Minimum qualifications include an earned clinical or research doctorate in Speech-Language Pathology, Speech and Hearing Sciences, or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
