Mississippi University for Women's Department of Speech-Language Pathology invites applications for a full-time, 9-month, open rank faculty position (i.e. instructor, assistant professor, associate professor, or full professor -based on applicant’s qualifications). A doctorate in speech-language pathology or a related field is preferred and required for tenure track professorship. An ABD candidate will be considered. Highly qualified Master’s level clinicians will be considered for nontenured instructor rank. ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) and eligibility for Mississippi Department of Health licensure are required. Previous teaching experience preferred. Expertise in one of the following areas is preferred: dysphagia, voice, AAC, speech science and instrumentation, neurology, motor speech disorders; however, all areas will be considered.

Responsibilities include: undergraduate and/or graduate teaching, clinical supervision, academic advising, research and scholarship, and service to the department, university, and community.
