University of Pittsburgh Appointment Stream Assistant/Associate/Full Professor
POSITION DESCRIPTION: Assistant/Associate/Full professor, appointment stream (outside of tenure track), full-time (12-month) faculty member in speech-language pathology in the Department of Communication Science and Disorders, School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences at the University of Pittsburgh.
CONTENT AREA: Applicants with a interest in clinical simulation and clinical education are preferred. Applicants with expertise in related areas are also encouraged to apply.
QUALIFICATIONS: A graduate degree in communication science and disorders and/or related fields with demonstrated expertise in specified subject areas. A doctoral degree is preferred but not required. Obtain the ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence and PA state license in Speech-Language Pathology. Demonstrated experience, commitment, and service to equity, justice, inclusion, and diversity in the field of communication science and disorders. Preference will be given to candidates with a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in speech-language pathology and a minimum of 2 years of experience with clinical and classroom instruction.
